Hundreds of books have been read, shortlisted and voted for by children from around the country. Make sure you get involved with next year’s award!

We are pleased and excited to announce the overall winner for 2009! The winner is Sophie McKenzie for her gripping thriller Blood Ties! Well done Sophie! Thank you for voting, and don’t forget to nominate your favourite children’s book for next year’s award.
